6. Raffle Prize Coordination – Work with Prize Coordinators to make sure raffle winners know process for collecting awards. Coordinate the vending of raffle tickets.

7. Emcee/Medal Presentation – Present or find a presenter to call out names of award and Raffle winners. Make sure the Registrar and Competition Organizer have put together the awards presentation.
