**You will need to transport large numbers of beer bottles. Must have adequate transportation.

1. Collect & Store Entries
a. Hours – 8
b. Completion Date – 1 week before first scheduled judging session.

2. Coordinate with Registrar – Works closely with the Registrar in coordinating the check-in process where all entries are gathered, labeled, sorted, and stored at the conclusion of the registration period.
a. Hours – 8
b. Completion Date – 1 Week before first scheduled judging session.

3. Deliver Entries to Each Judging Session
a. Hours – 2 per judging session
b. Completion Date – Depends on judging Schedule

4. Help to Pull Flights – Works closely with the Registrar in coordinating the check- in process where all entries are gathered, labeled, sorted, and stored at the conclusion of the registration period.

b. Completion Date – Final Round Judging Date
